All Service code, UI, documentation, and branding is owned by Koduarve OÜ or licensed to us. You keep ownership of any content you upload (EA files, images, strategies) and grant us a limited licence to store and process it as needed to deliver the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any trading signal or automation will execute correctly under all market conditions. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for: trading losses, missed profits, indirect or consequential damages, third-party actions (broker, exchange, TradingView, Stripe), or events beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your residence require a different forum.
We may amend these Terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
